How I can I turn off processing credit card transactions on my site?

If you would like to disable the credit card processing feature of your site, simply leave None selected as the Payment Gateway on the Checkout page of your settings. This will allow your store to receive orders from customers, without requiring the customer to enter their billing information. This is useful for those who are selling services on their site and will process the payments offline at a later date.



How do I provide refunds to my customers?

Refunds are handled through your payment gateway (for example, PayPal). You should log into the payment gateway’s website to manage your orders for things such as refunds.
